Lonnie StoutLonnie Stout II

Born and raised in Michigan , Mr. Stout graduated from TTU with a B.S. in Accounting. After graduation, he worked with Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst and Young). He embarked upon a career in the restaurant business and became Executive Vice President and CFO of Winners Corporation, owner and franchiser of 180 Mrs. Winners and 100 Wendy's restaurants, and Dinelite Corporation, in Atlanta , GA , as Chairman and President. He currently is Chairman, President, and CEO of J. Alexander's Corporation, which operates in twelve states and was ranked the number one American casual dining restaurant by Consumer Reports.

Lonnie is a member of the TTU College of Business Board of Trustees; The Harpeth Hall School Board of Trustees; Belmont University , Jack C. Massey School of Business Advisory Board; a member of the First Presbyterian Church and teacher of the Christian Life Sunday School Class. He is also a member of Tennessee State Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lonnie and his wife, Jean, have three adult children and live in Nashville .
