Ron Fullam

Mr. Fullam was born and raised in the Chattanooga area and attended East Ridge High School . He started his college career at TTU in 1961 and left for service in the U.S. Army in 1965. He returned to graduate from Tech in the summer of 1969.

Ron started his career as a Life Insurance Underwriter and soon moved into sales and industrial development and eventually industrial and commercial real estate sales. In 1977, he joined CBL and Associates Properties, Inc., the nation's fourth largest mall REIT. He became Senior Vice President of Development in 1997 and is primarily responsible for the selection of shopping center sites and working with department store anchor tenants. He has been directly involved with the development of 6,000,000 square feet of new shopping centers.

Ron and his wife, Karen (King), who is also a graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a B.S. degree in Education, still reside in Chattanooga . They have two adult children and two grandsons. Ron's hobbies include hunting, fishing, and camping.
