Welcome to the Tennessee Technological University Leadership Library. The Library is an online collection of materials designed to deploy leadership principles from all disciplines and sectors to enhance the learning potential.

Leadership is active with direction and purpose. It causes change in individuals and organizations. The purpose of the Leadership Library is to capture these principles, processes, and influencing elements inherent in great leadership. Through a series of video vignettes you will hear leaders in different fields (e.g., business, education, government, military, sports, religion) and at different levels (e.g., local, regional, state, national, international) “telling their stories”.

The Leadership Library is divided into:

• The President's Spotlight Series highlights President Bell's lectures on leadership along with key corporate and academic leaders sharing their experiences. This series is used in both the Regent's Online Degree program and the Distance MBA at Tennessee Tech leadership courses.
  
• The Distinguished Lecture Series highlights prominent executives discussing currect business issues.
  
• The Mayberry Chair of Excellence Series highlights issues and topics in performance excellence.
  
• The Critical Thinking series highlights graduate and undergraduate College of Business students in case competitions with some of top Universities in the world.
  
  The Library is “evergreen” with vignettes being added. You are invited to return again and again to view these future editions.
