Welcome to President Bell's Spotlight Series. The Library is an online collection of video vignettes designed to accompany undergraduate and graduate courses on leadership offered through Tennessee Tech and the Regent's Online Degree programs.

Students enrolled in these courses read the theory, listen to the videos from prominent business and academic scholars, hold synchronous and asyncronous discussion groups on the topics, and compose academic papers linking theory to practice.
