Andrea McCaskey

Ms. McCaskey has been in Human Resources at AmSouth since January, 2000. She manages the dependent scholarship program, the employee appreciation celebration (True Blue), the INROADS program,and helps develop and implement AmSouth's diversity and work/life initiatives.

Andrea was a cheerleader at Tennessee Tech University and graduated with a finance degree from the College of Business in 1984. Upon graduation Andrea went to work for First American National Bank (now AmSouth) in the Banking Associate Training Program. She moved into Commercial Lending in both Middle Market and National Accounts. In 1990, she left First American to begin work for INROADS as a Staff Specialist for Training. In September of 1991, she was selected to become the first Managing Director of INROADS/Birmingham.

Currently she is the President of the Junior League of Birmingham, Alabama and is on the board of various organizations in the Birmingham area, including the YWCA and the Women's Network. Andrea and her husband, Jamal, love to travel with their two children Brandon and Madison .
