"This store has been in business since the early 1900s and made the first three World Champion Walking Horse saddles. The company is also known for making the bridle that was on the pony that Bonnie Blue Butler rode in the movie Gone With the Wind. This building was also the location of one of the town's first banks. Local industries centered around the development of the famous Tennessee Walking Horse."
