The Meaning of Process

Dr. Nat: Let me begin by asking in the context of innovation, what is the meaning of process?

Dr. Atkins: Process as that word is used, means a disciplined approach from the beginning to the end, and for innovation which is an esoteric type word that people have trouble grasping, defining an ending and defining an end usually is that process flow that goes from the problem to the solution so I suspect that would be my definition of what a process is relative to innovation.
