Our speaker today is Mr. Victor Tang. Victor is a Ph. D candidate at MIT in the center of innovation and product development. His research includes improving product development capability and R&D organization. This is extremely important, not only in the business, but in engineer and all I know in my professional career. It is extremely important to the future of successful business and global business around the world. Prior to working in MIT, he spent about 30 years in IBM strategy, marketing development and high tech development. His has major responsibility in IBM global service development. In 1998, he is head of IBM effort in support of Olympic entire IT system to Olympics those of us have read and heard about some of that how incredibly complicated the assignment that was. After 1996, when IT tech problem that Olympics was not in those games, Victor put in charge of winter game, Nagano game, according to those who know the leadership of the international Olympic. IBM was noted for excellent technology. Complicity of that cannot be overstated. He has been a VP in IBM China, involving the significant negotiation, on behave of IBM. He works in strategy, marketing development for mid-range computer AS/400, out of Rochester MN, that effort, work with that unit was recognized by one of the earliest notable international work that organization share with other designators around the country who has hard time describe how much efforts that company engage sharing lessons with other companies.

Mr. Tang has consulted for numbers of Fortune 100 more than 100 companies, United Nation, Finland , China , list go on. He is a co-author for three books, one of them is the Secret of the software quality, and former Premier of China wrote the forward to the Chinese translation.

He was educated in Purdue in electrical engineering degree, stay on advanced degree in the applied mathematics degree and later MBA in Columbia University . So he is with us regardless who we are.
