B. The above changes will necessitate some minor adjustments in the French, German, and Spanish curricula, moving two credits in the major from freshman year to senior year and moving two elective credits from senior year to freshman year:
In Freshman year, change "FREN 1040-1050" (8 cr.) to "FREN 1010-1020" (6 cr.), and add two hours of "Electives or minor" in the freshman curriculum.
In Senior year, change "FREN 3200, 4100, 4600 or higher, or 4910" ("3" cr.) to ("5" cr.), and decrease "Electives or minor" from "16" to "14".
In Freshman year, change "GERM 1040-1050" (8 cr.) to "GERM 1010-1020" (6 cr.), and add two hours of "Electives or minor" in the freshman curriculum.
In Senior year, change "GERM 3200, 4100, 4610 or higher, or 4910" ("7-8" cr.) to ("9-10" cr.), and decrease "Electives or minor" from "16" to "14".
In Freshman year, change "SPAN 1040-1050" (8 cr.) to "SPAN 1010-1020" (6 cr.), and add two hours of "Electives or minor" in the freshman curriculum.

C. Change "19" to "21" in the introductory statements before the curricula in French, German, and Spanish so that the statements read:

Catalog Changes:
On page 189 of the July 2000 catalog, delete the references to FREN 1040-1050 so that the statement on "retrocredits" reads:
"Students who begin their college French studies at the intermediate level and who complete FREN 2010-2020 with an average of at least 2.0 in those courses will, upon request, receive credit for FREN 1010-1020 with a grade of 'S.' This provision does not apply to anyone who takes a proficiency test at the 2000 level for credit."
Delete the following statements as unnecessary for anyone entering with the 2002 catalog:
"No more than eight hours credit will be allowed toward fulfillment of the language requirement in any curriculum for any combination of courses from 100-level sequences in the same language.""Credit toward graduation will not be given for FREN 1000-1005 and FREN 1010-1020; nor for FREN 1040, if FREN 1010-1020 have been completed.
"Students transferring elementary French credit from three-credit courses must take an additional course in French, either 1050 or 2010."

The above changes approved for the Department of Foreign Languages necessitates foreign language requirement changes for foreign language majors, students in the various Arts and Sciences curricula, secondary education English majors, and other students in the various professional schools.

Supervised off-campus advanced placement program in production agriculture, an agricultural agency of the government, or an agribusiness. A minimum of six (6) weeks of full-time work is required to fulfill three (3) credit hours.

Dr. Peach requested that a syllabus be submitted for this course.
For graduation purposes, Prof. Tolbert requested that some form of numbering be added to differentiate the option of credit hours. 1. Change number of PSY 3130 Physiological Psychology to 4130(5130)
2. Require either PSY 4130 (Physiological Psychology) or PSY 4140 (Health Psychology) for the degree in Psychology. Previously, PSY 3130 (Physiological Psychology), which is currently proposed to change to PSY 4130(5130), is required of all psychology majors.
3. Remove PSY 4250 (Introduction to Psychological Testing) as a requirement for psychology majors. Three (3) credit hours will be added to Psychology Electives, changing the total from 6 to 9 credit hours. This does not change the total hours required for the Bachelor of Science Degree.
