Welcome to the Tennessee Educational Resource (TN-ER) Site, the premier source of information for Family and Consumer Sciences teachers in Tennessee. The TN-ER is a project of the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) in contract with Tennessee Technological University's School of Human Ecology. Original FACS resources coordinated with Tennessee approved FACS middle and high school courses are located here. Links to other resources including the TDOE are provided throughout the TN-ER. In addition to resources, strategies for the management of an effective FACS program leading to student success are made available. Place the TN-ER in your favorites and plan to visit us often.
