DIRECTOR OF CAMPAIGNS

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: bachelor’s
degree, a minimum of three years experience in nonprofit fundraising (closely
related and readily transferable experience may be acceptable), excellent
organizational and leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability
to interact effectively with all university constituencies, ability and
willingness to travel extensively, computer proficiency. Preferred: advanced degree, prior experience in higher
education campaigns, knowledge of Tennessee Tech and the Tennessee Board of
Regents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Personally cultivates, solicits, and stewards major donors and prospects;
manages the day-to-day operational aspects of all university campaigns, performs
other development activities as assigned.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary
commensurate with qualifications. Benefits
include the accumulation of two vacation days per month and one sick leave day
per month, and thirteen (13) University holidays. Other benefits include medical
and life insurance (shared cost with the university), retirement, optional 401k
and educational benefits.
