If an advisee wants to substitute a course for one on the new Core list, the advisor/advisee should first check to see if any blanket substitutions have been allowed, as listed on the List of Exceptions.

If a new substitution is being requested, the advisor and/or student should click on the Gen Ed category in which the substitution is being requested, and fill out the form provided. It can then be printed and signed.
