How to do Business with TTU

To become a registered vendor/supplier for Tennessee Technological University, please complete the online Vendor Application Form and submit it electronically to the Purchasing Office. The information submitted on this form will be secure in transit.

Fill out the Vendor Application Form completely. Vendors must select at least one (1) commodity group to be eligible to receive notices of current bid opportunities. All requested information must be completed; otherwise, the bidder application cannot be processed. IF YOU HAVE BEEN DEBARRED BY ANY AGENCY, FEDERAL OR STATE, SO INDICATE. The University reserves the right to deny registration to any company. Any company denied registration will be advised.

Registration does not guarantee that all bidders will receive Requests for Quotations (RFQ)/ Requests for Proposals (RFP). The University's bid calendar is available online for viewing current bid opportunities. Vendors may contact the Purchasing Office to obtain copies of a particular request. We encourage a competitive environment, and vendors are advised to contact the Purchasing Office at 931-372-3491 with any questions regarding
bid opportunities.
