E-mail signatures

TTU is proud of its commitment toward the lifelong success of our students. We encourage you to promote these efforts through publicizing our annual rankings. Below is a collection of the awards recently announced for you to use in your e-mail signature correspondence.

E-mail signature with Rankings

To download the above artwork or to drag and drop into your e-mail package software such as Microsoft Entourage, do the following:

Step 1: Launch Entourage e-mail system.

Step 2: Go under the heading "Tools" in the navigation at the top. Look for "Signatures". If you already have your own signature, choose "Edit" in the menu and either drag the above artwork into your e-mail signature window or copy the artwork and paste.

Step 3: Create a new e-mail message and the artwork should appear at the bottom of your e-mail message.
