Hackett covers stories and publicity relating to Tennessee Tech University's Colleges of Agriculture and Human Ecology, Education and School of Nursing, and she covers the humanities and the social sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences. Her work includes publicity for the university's Appalachian Center for Craft and other music, art and entertainment events on campus.

The web director acts as developer, designer, coordinator and manager of Tennessee Technological University's web sites to support its missions and marketing goals. His responsibility is to work closely with the ITS department and serve as liaison with the technical staff. He also cooperates with various campus units to develop new and innovative uses of the TTU web site, and participates in the development and planning of TTU's overall marketing strategy.

Lykins writes news releases as well as articles for Visions alumni magazine and the Tech Times newsletter. Her beats include engineering, science, business, and extended education. She acts as a media liaison and manages the university's Experts Guide. Lykins also produces the public affairs show "TTU Voices and Views" on the local PBS station.

Wright manages the publications operations of Public Affairs, with primary responsibility for the university's alumni magazine, Visions, the University’s annual report, and the biweekly faculty/staff newsletter, Tech Times.
