Annette Littrell serves as Tennessee Tech University's Information Technology Services manager, but one student is most impressed by Littrell's teaching skills. "She continuously helped me [meet] my personal study needs," said Chelsea Adcock. "She understands that each student is different. She seems genuinely concerned for each student's well-being, and she always seems very positive."
