COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 7, 2004) – The Child Development Laboratory
is on a roll: For the third time this year, a member of its staff has
won Tennessee Tech University's ambassador of the month award. TTU clerk
Kristy Good "is willing to work to make sure that every child has
the best attention," said graduate student Carl Gillig. "I have several friends who have been singing the praises of Mrs.
Good for several weeks," he said. "Recently, a friend of mine
— an employee of 30 years — told me that she has never seen
anyone make children feel so special, as if they were her own children.
When I heard this and so many other wonderful stories about Mrs. Good
and her work at the CDL, I had to tell somebody. This employee is what
it means to have Tech Pride!" Ambassador nomination forms are available from Human Resource Services or by visiting www.tntech.edu/hr.
