Schedule of Events for SOAR

The two-day session of SOAR is a wonderful opportunity to become familiar with Tennessee Tech's campus, faculty, staff and students. These two days will include events such as meetings with departmental faculty, small group sessions with a Student Orientation Assistants (SOAs), and panel discussions. Below is a brief outline of the two-day SOAR session for Freshmen and their guests:

(all events/times are subject to change) *Please plan to be on campus for SOAR until 4:30 pm central time on Day 2. Students are required to attend all parts of the SOAR program in order to register for Fall classes.
Day 1
	Check-In begins at	8:30 am central time
	Opening Meeting
	Meet with departmental faculty
	Discuss classes for Fall semester
	Dinner
	Evening meetings and activities
Day 2
	Breakfast at	8:00 am central time
	Informational sessions, student services
	Lunch
	Registration Information sessions
	Advisement/Registration
