How to Apply to the School of Nursing

1. Apply for admission to the University.
2. Complete an Upper Division Nursing Application by the deadline one semester before you want to begin upper division.
3. Have official transcripts sent to the Admissions Office immediately after grades are posted.

4. If you have repeated any classes, fill out a repeat card as soon as grades are posted.
