Opera Workshop
Students enrolled in Opera
Workshop present productions each year, as well as an outreach program
for elementary schools in the Putnam
County area. Recent performances include The Medium by Gian Carlo Menotti,
The Goose Girl by Thomas Pasatieri, La Centerentola by Rossini, as
well as scenes from Mozart's Cosi fan Tutte, Don Giovanni, The Marriage
of Figaro, and Poulenc's Dialogues of the Carmelites, and other longer
works. Opera Workshop is open, by audition, to all university students.
