Join us for a Music Alumni Reception!

Dear Music Alumni,

On behalf of the faculty, staff and students of music, permit me to personally invite you to attend a TTU Music Alumni reception during the Tennessee Music Educators Association annual State Music Conference in Nashville.

We will gather on Thursday evening, April 17, 2008, in Rooms 105 and 106 of the Nashville Convention Center. Hors d'euvres will be served from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.. If you are attending the Convention, you will not even need to go outside!

In addition to the opportunity to renew acquaintances with former classmates, you will also be able to meet TTU President Bob Bell who will be in attendance. President Bell and we in the Department of Music and Art recognize that you alumni are among our most valuable assets. Bob takes any opportunity he can to meet alumni across the country.

The Nashville Convention Center is connected to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel if you need lodging. As of this writing, rooms are still available at the Hotel on April 16 and 17 at the convention rate of $172 per night plus tax. Mention that you are part of the Music Educators Conference to receive the special rate.
