Adobe/Macromedia (PDF) Charge: $10 for duplication.

MathCad Charge: $10 for duplication.
Maple Charge: $43 for license and duplication.

SAS (PDF)    Charge: $10 for duplication.

SecureCRT (PDF)   Charge: $20 for license plus $10 for duplication.
