Immunization Requirements

Students must provide proof of two (2) MMRs (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccinations. Fill out Student Health Form. Note the first dose must have been given on or after the first birthday. Students born prior to 1957, or those with a documented history of physician diagnosed Measles, are exempt from this requirement.

TTU Health Services recommends that all students provide immunization records for:

• Tetanus/Diptheria -within past 10 years for booster
• Meningitis Vaccine
• Hepatitis B Vaccine- series of 3 injections
• TB skin test- within past 12 months

Prior to Enrollment

All full-time undergraduate and graduate students must provide proof of 2 MMR's.

All students must fill out Hepatitis B/Meningitis wavier form prior to registering for the initial semester.
