Q - Do I need an appointment to be
seen?
Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment is necessary.
Q - Is there a cost for a visit?
No, office visits are free for students. There is an initial $20.00 office visit for faculty/staff , follow-ups are free. Medicine and lab tests are at cost.
Q - Do you take Debit or Eagle Cards?
Services are not available at this time.
Q - Do you see patients other than
students?
Yes, aside from seeing students, we now see faculty/staff.
Q - Do you file insurance?
No, accepted methods of payments are cash, check, or charge to a
student's account.
Q - Can I get birth control pills
there?
No, routine family planning patients are referred to private physicians
or health department clinics. Condoms are available at no charge.
Q - Can I get copy of shot records?
Yes, we only keep medical records for 10 years.
Q - Can I have a note for class?
Class excuses are left up to each individual teacher. Notes may
be given to students with a communicable disease.
Q - How do I get my medication?
We dispense most medications ordered by our practitioners. We can
call prescriptions to a retail pharmacy upon request.
Q - What are your office hours?
Monday- Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
