Appointment Procedures

Both the physician and the nurse practitioner see patients by scheduled appointments and on a walk-in basis. Most patients will be screened by nursing personnel, but anyone who wishes to see the physician directly needs simply to state that desire when checking in.

• The physician is scheduled in on Mondays, 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Wednesdays, 8 - 10 a.m., and Fridays, 8 - 9 a.m. Occasionally, the physician’s hours differ, so feel free to call before coming in.

• The nurse practitioner is present from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., daily during Spring and Fall Semesters and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during Summer Session (subject to change).
