Welcome to Student Health Services

TTU Health Services is located at the corner of 7th and Mahler Ave. (east side of the nursing building near the railroad tracks). Our health care providers are experienced in treating various medical problems. We offer primary and preventive care, immunizations, and allergy shots. Our professional staff includes a physician, nurse practitioners, nurses, and a pharmacist. Also, we have a pharmacy technician, a secretary, a receptionist, and a house keeper as our support staff.

All services are available to full-time and part-time registered students and faculty/staff at Tennessee Tech. Services are NOT available to families of students or to families of faculty/staff.

Student Health Services now offers Women's Health for both students and faculty/staff. Appointments only

MENINGITIS SHOTS ARE AVAILABLE. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. No appointments needed, walk-in bases only. Cost- $95.00 (check, cash, or charged to student account).

MMR vaccines (mumps, measles, rubella) are now available at Health Services. The cost is $50.00 per injection.

TTU Health Services will be providing acute health care for Faculty/Staff. There will be an office visit fee of $20.00. Some lab procedures and pharmaceuticals will be available at minimal cost. Payment must be by cash or check only. We are unable to file insurance claims or accept credit cards, procards, etc. We cannot manage chronic illnesses or fill prescriptions from outside physcians. No appointments necessary.
