20 - 20: Maximize your efforts while minimizing the time spent exercising. The class concists of 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of upper body sculpting.
A.B. Lab : A class that targets the abdominal and low back regions to strengthen you core muscles and sculpt those abs!
Aerobic Dance: Remember when all you needed was a clear space to move around to get fit? Well, it is back to the basics in this class, hi/lo, dance, floor aerobics, whatever you call it: it is fun, will mke you sweat, and help you get fit!
Aqua Dance: Join us in the pool as we mambo and cha-cha to an eclectic mix of oldies, latin, and rock and roll. It's easy to learn, easy on the joints, and good for the heart and spirit.
Butts and Guts: This class will target your abdominals and your glutes.
Cardio Kick: Kick boxing - TTU style! If you want a workout with a kick, check this out.
Cardio Surprise: Step and/or dance for your cardio and the last half of class will be toning.
Cycle Circuit: Using the stationary bike, increase you cardiovascular capacity and using hand weights and your body weight, increase your strength. Get it all done in one class!
Every Bodies Yoga: A yoga class that will warm you up so you can become more flexible. From the novice to the advanced, everybody is welcome!
Hearts and Parts: This class will let you move for your heart and help you tone your parts!
Hip Hop Hustle: So you think you can't dance? Learn all the current hip hop dance moves while burning calories and having fun!

Pedal I.T.: A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone: female, male, conditioned, deconditioned, because YOU control your pace and resistance.
.Pilates-Mat Works: A series of floor exercises that focus on lengthening and strengthening your core muscles. It is for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling toned and refreshed. To accomadate your schedule, class time will be divided in 1/2. Come and stay the hour or leave after half.
Power Yoga: This is NOT your mother's yoga! A challenging version of the hatha yoga that focuses on mind - body connection through breath control and linked poses. You will sweat!
Sculpt Zone: A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must!
Step Xpress: A dynamic non-stop 30-minute class for those who think they don't have enough time to exercise.
Trekking: An equipment based class that meets in the Cardio Room and uses treadmills. Be guided and gently pushed to workout harded to achieve your fitness goals.
Turbo Kick: A 30 minute kickboxing dance party that will burn calories, tone your entire body and leave you enough energy to tackle the rest of the day.
Water Works: This class uses water's natural properties like buoyancy and added resistance to increase your fitness level.
Yoga: One of the fastest growing classes in the nation. Get stronger, more centered, and flexible.
