You have studied hard and now have above a 3.0 at your next attempted hours benchmark. If this is you, fill out this reconsideration form. (PDF)

You have repeated one course, received a better grade and want to use your one-time option to recalculate your GPA. If this is you, fill out this repeat form. (PDF)

If you wish to appeal the loss of your lottery scholarship for one of the approved reasons, you will need to complete this appeal form.
