General eligibility requirements for the IAC program:
- Gross annual sales below $100 million
- Fewer than 500 employees at the site
- Annual utility bills more than $100,000 and less than $2.5 million
- No in-house professional staff to perform the assessment.
*The industry must meet 3 out of the 4 conditions listed above to be eligible
Other eligibility requirements include:
- Allow name and address to be listed as program participant
- Manufacturers must provide utility, sales, or employment data as requested
- Respond to a follow-up implementation call
- Participate in follow-up survey
- Industry should be within 150 miles from the IAC
- Eligible NAICS classifications 31-33 (formerly SIC codes 20-39)
