This lush chorale for four-part trombone ensemble was written by Raymond Premru for the Oberlin Trombone Choir in January of 1988.

Jean Sibelius' ode to his home country sounds like it was always intended for trombones in Mark McDunn's arrangement as conducted by TTU Director of Bands Joseph Hermann.

This composition by Mrs. Everett Derryberry was performed as the conclusion to the first Tennessee Tech Alumni Trombone Ensemble event, with guest conductor Joseph Hermann and the combined Student and Alumni ensembles.
