Alumni Special Events

March 2, 2007 - Reception for the OVC Basketball Semi-final Tournament at the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, Tenn.

• A "Gathering of Eagles" was held for all Tech Fans who attended the Ohio Valley Conference basketball tournament semi-finals at the Gaylord Entertainment Center.
• The Golden Eagle Brass, Tech Cheerleaders, Golden Girls and team mascot Awesome Eagle all made special appearances to get the crowd fired up!
• Heavy hors d'oeuvres were served for the fans.

We are focusing our efforts on holding alumni events in cities where we have large numbers of alumni. We now average eight off-campus events per year in areas like San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Huntsville, Chattanooga, Nashville, and more.
