This is your online application guide. The steps below explain the application process.

Our online application for Spring 2009, Summer 2009
and Fall 2009 is now available.

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Admissions. (If you are an international student, please visit the International Student Website for admission information)

Step 1 - Apply for Admission

Complete and mail the application (PDF) for undergraduate admissions along with the $15 application fee - or apply online. (International applicants: please use the International Student Admission Application)

Candidates for admission to the University are encouraged to complete an application as early as possible.

Step 2 - Request official transcripts

Request that official copies of your high school transcript be sent directly (by US Postal Mail) to Office of Undergraduate Admissions. (See address in Step 3).

Dual-enrolled students (high school students who took some college work during their Senior year) need to also have official copies of the college transcript sent directly to the Office of Admissions.

Students who have any A.P. (Advanced Placement) test scores need to request that the official scores be sent to the Office of Admissions. Contact the College Board to have these scores sent.

NOTE: Hand-delivered transcripts or faxed copies of transcripts are not considered official for admission purposes. To be considered as "official transcripts", they must be mailed via US Postal Mail or sent electronically via EDI.

Before entering the University, students must fill out and return the Student Health Form (PDF) and the Meningitis/Hepatitis Form (PDF).

*PDF files require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing. Acrobat Reader is available for download here.

Step 3 - Submit all materials
Send materials and the $15 application fee to:
Office of Undergraduate Admissions
Tennessee Tech University
Box 5006
Cookeville, TN 38505

Upon being admitted to the University, you will receive a letter congratulating you on your admittance. Your acceptance letter will also contain instructions on the next steps you need to take to become a full-fledged TTU student.
