• Coordinate communication/letter flow for assigments
• Custormer-Service - responds to student/parent e-mails and phone calls
• Work with the Area Coordinators on spring re-assignment process
• Track housing and assignment trends
• Coordinate and oversee room consolidation process
  • Send out letters, meet & follow up with students - coordinate with hall staff
• Coordinate early arrivals and SOAR assignments
  • Work with coaches and students on early arrivals
  • Process early arrival charges
  • Coordinate with Area Coordinators for Interim (long term) assignments
• Oversee the billing process
• Pre-payments, charges, refunds
• Provide technical support for the department
• Work with the Director in the development of new housing system - StarRez
• Supervise, train and evaluate the student Technical Assistant (TA)
• Oversee campus website and Channel 18
• One card system - add/delete students and set doors
• Equally shares duty with other area Coordinators
• All staff is on call 24/7 and on duty about every 3rd night and 3rd weekend

• Supervises the Pinkerton Quad and Crawford Hall HD
• With the HDs provides support and direction for the RAs
• Maintains staff duty schedule for Pinkerton Quad and Crawford Hall
• Supervises student help desk (scholarship) workers
