New Student Email System for Fall 2005:  inbox.tntech.edu

TTU students are using a new student email system this fall:  inbox.tntech.edu.  It provides more disk space for messages and a more intuitive interface, while still being accessible from any machine with Internet access.  There has been NO change in student's email address.  These have remained the same.

To access the new mail system, open any web browser and go to http://inbox.tntech.edu.  Log in using your PC Lab username and password.  

New students should first reset their initial password from their social security number to something else.  Please read these tips on selecting a strong password before setting your new password.  You may set your password in any PC Lab on campus or online.  Remember, your initial password is your social security number.

Returning students should note that they can keep any messages from their previous WebMail account by forwarding the message(s) to their email address by September 30, 2005.  Students using the evaluation email system at newmail.tntech.edu will have until September 10, 2005 to forward messages from there.  For more information about the new inbox.tntech.edu system or preserving important messages from the old system, see FAQs about inbox.tntech.edu.
